After just two weeks of sessions, I could already feel a difference – alhamdulillah! I used to struggle with such severe backache that standing for Isha became difficult, but within this short time I felt my posture improve, my spine feel lighter, and I could stand with much more ease. I honestly joined this class thinking it would be just like any other physio class and exercises for me but am happy that I was proved wrong. Sister Ayesha is truly very dedicated and committed with her work ; she understands her client’s needs well and the best part for me personally was that she was modifying the exercises to meet my requirements with the right techniques.
Though I knew few of them from both my physio & chiropractor but I was never thought the right techniques; for example breathing technique, mini cobras , pelvic bridges ect ect
By not doing the exercises the right way can be very disappointing and one may end up hurting themselves and may make a person give up on exercises forever; which was my case.
Sister Ayesha not only makes it positively fun but also educates her clients what exactly they are doing.
