Women often spend so much time caring for others, managing responsibilities and moving from one task to the next that their own wellbeing gets pushed aside.
At Heal 2 Live, our Women’s Wellbeing sessions offer a private, women-only space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and dedicate intentional time to yourself.
Rather than focusing on one treatment or technique, each appointment is personalised and may bring together gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, relaxation and restorative wellbeing practices according to individual needs, preferences and suitability.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing.
Some days you may benefit from gentle movement and stretching. At other times, you may simply need warmth, rest, quiet and an opportunity to slow down.
We begin with a wellbeing check-in and then personalise the experience around what feels most appropriate for you that day.
A session may include a selection of the following practices:
Gentle guided breathing, body awareness and relaxation practices create intentional time to slow down, settle and reconnect.
These practices may be combined with grounding or a short guided relaxation according to individual needs.
The session may include gentle mobility, stretching, Pilates-informed movement and postural awareness tailored to individual comfort and ability.
The intention is not to provide an intensive workout, but to encourage comfortable movement, body awareness and reconnection.
Simple grounding practices may bring attention to breathing, posture, movement and physical sensations.
These practices encourage clients to slow down and become more aware of how their body feels in the present moment.
Rest and unwind using the HYDRAGUN HeatPod Infrared Sauna Blanket as part of a personalised wellbeing experience.
The HeatPod provides a warm, full-body relaxation experience, with temperature and duration adjusted according to individual comfort and suitability.
Relevant health screening is completed before use, as heat-based practices are not suitable for everyone.
Settle into our full-body automated massage chair for dedicated time to rest and unwind.
Massage Chair Relaxation offers a comfortable opportunity to slow down and enjoy uninterrupted relaxation away from everyday responsibilities.
This is an automated massage-chair experience and is not practitioner-delivered massage therapy.
Where appropriate and following relevant screening, dry cupping may be incorporated as an additional restorative component of a Women’s Wellbeing session.
Wet Hijama is not included within Women’s Wellbeing sessions and is available separately through our Hijama (Cupping Therapy) service.
Where helpful, the session may finish with simple and realistic wellbeing strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.
These may include movement, breathing, relaxation, rest or self-care practices suited to the individual.
Women’s Wellbeing may be suitable for women who:
Clients do not need to have a particular health concern to book.
A personalised experience designed to help you move, breathe, restore and reconnect.
Begin with a brief wellbeing check-in to understand what the client needs from the appointment.
Where appropriate, gentle stretching, mobility or Pilates-informed movement can help the client reconnect with her body.
Breathwork, grounding and body-awareness practices create intentional time to slow down.
The personalised experience may include the HeatPod Infrared Sauna Blanket, full-body massage chair, guided relaxation and/or dry cupping.
Finish gently, with time to transition from the session and identify simple wellbeing practices that can be incorporated into everyday life.
A personalised 1:1 mind-body wellbeing session designed around what the client needs on the day.
Following a wellbeing check-in, the appointment will include a selection of appropriate practices, which may include:
Not every modality is included within every appointment.
The session is personalised according to individual needs, preferences, available time and suitability.
For women wanting more time to slow down, the Women’s Wellbeing Experience provides an extended and unhurried mind-body wellbeing appointment.
The additional time allows several appropriate practices to be brought together into one personalised restorative experience.
The 90-minute experience may include:
The experience is individually tailored, so the combination and duration of individual practices may differ between appointments.

Gentle Pilates-informed movement may form part of the experience, but Women’s Wellbeing is broader than Pilates.
If a client’s primary goal is structured Pilates, movement assessment, gait analysis, postural assessment or an individual movement program, Pilates & Movement Therapy would be the more appropriate service.

Women’s Wellbeing is a mind-body wellbeing service and is not counselling, psychological therapy or medical treatment.

Comfortable, modest clothing that allows easy movement and relaxation is recommended.
If particular clothing or preparation is required for a selected modality, this can be discussed beforehand.
Heat-based practices are not suitable for everyone.
Relevant health screening is completed before HeatPod use, and it will only be incorporated where appropriate within the scope of the service.
Where necessary, medical clearance may be requested.
Wellbeing doesn’t always require doing more.
Sometimes it begins by creating space to:
Move. Breathe. Rest. Reconnect.
