Every participant has different abilities, goals and circumstances.
Before commencing sessions, we take time to understand the participant’s movement goals, current abilities, preferences and any relevant considerations that may influence participation.
Sessions are personalised and adapted over time according to individual needs and progress.
The focus is on creating a positive movement experience rather than expecting everyone to follow the same program.

Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their well-being by offering classes that nurture the body, calm the mind, and strengthen personal awareness.

We encourage participants to progress at their own pace, recognising that meaningful progress can look different for every person.

We provide a welcoming, private and women-only environment where individual abilities, preferences, privacy and comfort are respected.

We support participants to develop realistic movement habits that can contribute to ongoing physical activity, body awareness and everyday wellbeing.
Our approach focuses on creating positive and sustainable movement experiences.
Sessions are adapted to individual abilities, preferences and goals, allowing participants to build confidence and develop movement habits at a pace that feels appropriate for them.
For one participant, the goal may be becoming more comfortable with regular physical activity. For another, it may be improving movement confidence, developing a routine or becoming more engaged in everyday movement.
The participant’s individual goals remain at the centre of the service.
Heal 2 Live provides a private environment specifically for women.
We recognise that privacy, modesty, faith, culture and previous experiences can influence how comfortable a woman feels participating in movement and physical activity.
Our aim is to provide an environment where women from different backgrounds can participate with dignity, comfort and confidence.
